How It Works

  • All picnic pricing is based on 2 guests. Additional guests may be added depending on the selected package.

    Sweetheart Picnic
    Our weekday picnic, ideal for simple date nights and intimate celebrations for two. Designed for a cozy, romantic experience.

    Classic Picnic
    A styled picnic that includes a teepee, custom letterboard, and all details from the Sweetheart Picnic. Includes 2 guests, with the option to add up to 4 additional guestsat $25 per person for a total of 6 guests.

    Ultimate Picnic
    The perfect celebration picnic. Includes a teepee, custom letterboard, Bluetooth speaker, mini trash can, and a Polaroid camera rental with 10 films. Includes 2 guests, with the option to add up to 8 additional guests at $25 per person for a total of 10 guests.

    We do accept picnics for over 10 guests. Picnic event pricing applies, and we can host up to 20 guests.

    Proposal Picnic
    Designed for the perfect “yes” moment. Includes 2 guests, a picnic cabana, custom letterboard, Bluetooth speaker, and Marry Me letters.

  • Once you’ve selected your picnic package, you’ll choose a theme. Themes are based on curated color palettes and overall styling. Visit our Themes page to view examples of our work. Styling may vary based on guest count and creative layout.

  • Enhance your picnic experience with optional add-ons such as games, umbrellas, treats, and more. Add-ons allow you to customize your picnic to fit your celebration. To view add-ons visit the Add-Ons page.

  • Choose your preferred picnic location. Our current picnic locations include Whitecap Beach, Park on Kaw Lake Dr, Swantner Park, Port Aransas Beach (Travel Fee required) and private residences within Corpus Christi.

  • Once all selections are made, you may reserve your picnic through the Book a Picnic link. You’ll select your package, date and time, add-ons, theme, and location, then complete your information and secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable retainer. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your picnic details and day-of information.
